what is your return policy?

due to our products being handmade with love, specifically for you- we do not accept returns. we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. if you are very unsatisfied or you have a product concern, please contact us immediately, we'll do our best to resolve any issue.

what happens if I never received my package?

sorry to hear this occurred. although rare, occasionally a package is delivered to the wrong address or is stolen from a porch or mailbox. Please let us know immediately at info@labloombeauty.com. in this situation, no refund will be provided but we will re-ship your item(s) as a one time courtesy. you may be required to provide an alternative address for the re-shipment. Make sure to provide us with a safe & secure physical address for box delivery.

what should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

we’re sorry to hear that you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item. please email us at info@labloombeauty.com ASAP describing your issue. we will be happy to address this issue to ensure your satisfaction.

what is the shelf life of your products?

from the time of production, we recommend using your La Bloom Beauty products within 9 months of purchase.

when will my order be shipped?

orders are processed monday – friday and within 3-5 business days. we will make every effort to process your order on the same day (monday – friday) if we receive it by 12pm pacific time. if an order is received after 12pm pacific time on friday, or on saturday and sunday, your order will be shipped the following monday.
